Late Goals…
As usual, I always post my monthly goals late… but here they are…
Food Intake- Do better eating Paleo (with option of 1 small cheat, such as oats, a day; along w my 1 normal weekly cheat) So, I’m shooting for 99% paleo.
Deadlift - Get past 200# by end of June (as I work to pass 250# by end of July)
Back Squat - (embarrassed to even post this one) Get past my measly 155# max! Working towards 185# by end of June & at least 200+# by end of July
Power Clean - (keeping this one basic, bc I suck right now) Get past my 110# max. TRY to work for 133 by end of summer.
Save - No buying or eating food out (save $ & health!)
Save - Stay at work during lunch (save gas $)
Save - Only buy necessities in groceries (I tend to go overboard w healthy “extras” and go broke!)
Cardio - 1.5 miles - >12 minutes (right now I think I run a 10-11minute-ish mile)
Stay Active - No netflix (all summer) - this way I don’t accidentally spend all day inside when I could be outside!
