Okay, fitness goal my entire life has been to do chin ups or pull ups … even as a child i couldn’t do them!
so tonight, while the gym was quiet, i went to the back room and tried them…& did them!… okay, i definitely had a chair & had to jump up then slowly lowered down. but hey ITS A START!!
p.s. just so someone knows… i ate birthday cookies today… aaand yesterday. :/
oh well, keep calm & carry on, i suppose.
a. i’ve decided to theme my super circuit class as superheroes’ workouts each day… i’ll explain as the weeks go on :)
b. some MST3K before bed… mmmm.
c. saturday is my biiiirthday! :D
