Are you eating too little or too less for ‘maintenance’, ‘fat loss’ or ‘extreme fat loss’??

You mentioned adding calories to your daily intake before you actually began to lose weight, maybe that's my problem. How did you determine your calorie intake, internet research, or just by trial and error? Also, do you lean more so towards eating various small meals a day, or more the basic three meals a day? I apologize for all the questions, I just hate not seeing the numbers go down on the scale :/ It tends to get frustrating. Thanks for your help, :) <3

Oh gosh, dont be sorry at all! I love questions! I’ve just been an on & off again workout crazy person for the past 6 years, so I’ve done a LOT of research & asked a LOT of questions. However now i’m on a steady workout regimen. 

*THIS* is a calculator that will help you. I was shooting for 1000 calories a day, but since I’ve upped my workout (twice, 4-6 days a week, depending on when i think my muscles need rest) so I had to end up adding about 400 calories & weight is DROPPING. I was totally w you, my #s weren’t moving! You need food in you so that when you workout your body doesn’t start to store fat & keep it!:)

I changed to 3 healthy-portioned meals & 2 small snacks(3 if i have a big workout) a day. My snacks are usually fruit or quaker oat low cal bars or veggies. & about 90% of my entire diet consists of fruit, veggies, nuts & whole grains. But i’ve really backed down on bread & sweets (which now, don’t even taste all that good anymore)
